​OUR STORY
The Gamma Alpha chapter at California State University Fullerton was re-founded in 2010 and has grown to initiate over 200 members.
Gamma Alpha prides itself on the opportunities and resources it provides its members. We want our members to be well-rounded and to have the tools to go out and be successful in the workforce. We do that throughout the school year by giving our members the opportunities to improve their skills and grow their network. Our members are able to network with major companies through our company tours, guest speakers, and various corporate projects in which our marketing team is involved. They are also encouraged to be active in the community through community service projects, fundraising, and brotherhood events. We want to see our members excel in academics which is why we provide over $60,000 in scholarship opportunities thanks to our corporate partnerships.

​Leadership Opportunities
We want our members to feel included and that they have a voice in the way the chapter is conducted, which is why we encourage our members to seek leadership roles in our executive and director positions. Our executive positions include President, VP of Human Resources, VP of Public Relations, VP of Professional Development, VP of Administration, VP of Marketing, and VP of Finance. The executive positions are year-long terms, and candidates must be voted into office by the chapter and have served on board previously. PSE offers a variety of director positions including Fundraising, Community Service, Retention, Tours and Workshops, Recording, and BICC Representative. Director positions are semester long terms that are open to all active members.
Competitions and scholarships
Pi Sigma Epsilon is a nationally recognized organization with chapters all over the country. Pi Sigma Epsilon, as a national organization, holds Regional and National conventions where chapters are able to participate in various competitions, attend keynote presentations, and network not only with other chapters but corporate sponsors as well. Students that attend either convention have the opportunity to receive scholarships by participating in the various competitions. These competitions include the Pro-Am-Sell-A-Thon, Marketing Competition and National Speakers Competition. The conventions are also great opportunities to gain internships and jobs with major companies.
Professional Development
To develop the sales and marketing skills of our members through experiential learning and professional opportunities, we want to provide our members with countless resources that allow everyone to advance in their professional careers. With each semester comes a new class of members to grow and develop, along with our current active members who have endured a period of skillful training through resume and LinkedIn workshops, professional etiquette training, and networking experiences. We also hold speaker panels and company tours every semester for our members to explore real-world work settings.
​Networking
​​We partner with other business associations both on and off-campus that introduce us to other industries and ways of thinking that encourage diversity and inclusivity. Through our coveted company tours, we are able to network with industry officials to obtain future careers in any desired business. Along with that, through our speaker panels being held every year, members are able to get an insight from companies such as Google, TED, and Too Faced.
​We also partner with local businesses every semester to establish a marketing strategy in order to improve their social media, website, SEO and overall brand. This is a perfect way for members to not only get real-life experience but also build connections with our partnered companies.
